We regularly organise lunches and dinners at our partner restaurants and in the training restaurants of hospitality schools. The venues and menus change, but the spirit stays the same: a moment of fine food, gentleness and sharing around the table.
How do I sign up?
Book your places online. If needed, you can reach us by phone or email.
Once you have signed up, we will confirm the venue, the exact time and the practical details.
When you arrive, you will be welcomed by the association’s team and by the kitchen and front-of-house brigade. The setting is that of a “real” restaurant meal, in a relaxed, warm and caring atmosphere.
Any questions? Call +33 4 91 33 69 73 or email contact@lesansfourchette.com.

The association needs everyone
Because age or illness can make using a fork or knife difficult, or even impossible. It is a little-known invisible disability, but one that can turn a meal into an ordeal: loss of independence, the way others look at you, isolation. In France, more than 1.4 million people are affected by Alzheimer’s or related diseases. LE SANS FOURCHETTE® turns a restaurant meal into a time of pleasure, sharing and restored dignity.

“The waiters put the plate down in front of her. I didn’t even need to tell her “Mum, you’re going to eat with your fingers”: she reached out with her hands straight away.”
“In everyday life I only eat with a fork, and to cut things I have to use a removable cuff. Eating with my fingers makes things much easier for me and takes the drama out of disability.”
“My wife and I had a wonderful meal, and what a pleasure it was to talk with other people! Please let us know when you organise lunches like this in our area.”
“Taste is closely linked to memory. We will all be affected by this disease one day, and more and more so. It’s a real challenge, but a fascinating one.”
