Every LE SANS FOURCHETTE® meal is a moment of sharing, warmth and rediscovered pleasure in the lives of vulnerable people, their carers and their loved ones. To keep these moments within reach of as many people as possible, and to bring on board other teams, other venues and other professionals, we need your support.
In France, more than 1.4 million people are affected by Alzheimer’s disease or a related condition, and this number is expected to reach 2.3 million by 2050 (source: France Alzheimer, 2025). Behind these figures are lives, families, and meals that have become difficult. But it is still possible to turn these moments back into times of sharing.

Donate
Your donations fund LE SANS FOURCHETTE® meals, particularly for people on modest incomes, create tools for carers, schools and restaurants, support research on the concept and ensure it is followed up over time.
As Mémoire & Santé is recognised as being of public interest, your donations entitle you to an income tax reduction of 66% of the amount given, up to 20% of your taxable income (any excess can be carried forward to the following years, under the regulations in force).

Become a patron or partner
Associate your name with a recognised social innovation that promotes a positive vision of old age, disability, gastronomy and social connection.
Mémoire & Santé allows sponsoring companies to benefit from a tax reduction of 60% of the amount donated, up to €20,000 or 0.5% of annual turnover excluding VAT, whichever is more advantageous.
Patronage can take several forms: regular or one-off financial support, donations in kind (products, services, use of premises…), skills-based sponsorship.
